The survey will normally take around 60 minutes during which time our trained engineer will carry out a comprehensive review of your existing heating system and your needs with regard to heating and hot water supply. Before leaving, he will talk you through his findings and your quotation and discuss various options you might want to consider.
This is not a pressured sales visit and our engineer will leave you to think things over and tell you how to contact us should you want to proceed.
CONFIRMING THE INSTALLATION
If you would like to discuss things or clarify any matters we are only a phone call away. If you are happy with the quote we have provided and you would like to proceed with the installation, simply call our office and we will get the ball rolling. All you have to do is let us know the time most convenient to you for the work to go ahead.
INSTALLATION
On the date and at the time agreed, our fully trained and certified engineers will be there to install your new system. Nothing is more important to us than safety and we guarantee that all of the work in your home will be carried out to the highest safety standards and with minimum disruption to you, your family and your home.
